The handheld terminals have been connected to the Isah ERP System. They cover the complete packaging process of all 40,000 to 60,000 components of HTC’s end products. For the customs a complete list of parts and their whereabouts is available so the parts can be traced back to the packages.

WB Firepacks heeft hiermee de efficiency in gebruik en mutaties van de planning en de beschikbaarheid van de planning sterk verbeterd.

De planning is gekoppeld aan de servicerapportage tools van de enigneers. Deze tools zijn offline beschikbaar op een laptop en ook door Tambien ontwikkeld. De engineers kunnen hier hun planning in terug vinden en alle informatie van een installatie opzoeken en registraties van hun bezoeken uitvoeren.

Tambien has connected Vanmac’s webshop to the Isah ERP System. As a consequence, real time information is available and the order process has become more efficient.  

Customers can now order components in different languages (if desired, by selecting former purchased products), download product manuals and monitor the order status.

Interfocus is streamlining the production process. Digitizing the shop floor is a part of it. Tambien has offered Interfocus a solution with a focus on handheld scanners and kiosks with scanners. 

All shop floor handling will be registered from processing raw materials till delivering end products. Every product process and warehouse process will be recorded. It is even possible to print customized manuals. When an incident happens, a message will be automatically sent to the right person.

The comunication takes real time place on the Isah database.

Incoming calls via VOIP will be redirected. On the connected PC the caller data will be displayed such as address data and the contact (plus the opportunity to mail that person directly). The conversation can be turned into a relationship management call.

De BergToppers family team from the Waalwijk area participates in Alpe d'HuZes 2013, just as they did in 2011 and 2012.  

Tambien supports this good cause and added a web shop to the website free of charge, especially for this spectacular charity event. Participants of the event select a bike and pay for it via iDeal. A big burden has been lifted from the shoulders of de BergToppers.

Duotank System Online (DSO) connects the products of Duotank (beer tanks) to their back office. In cooperation with partner Festo from Delft, a system has been developed that monitors the complete tank system in the pub. The systems communicates current measuring data (volume, pressure, temperature, etc.) and displays warnings when failures are to be expected.

Duotank supplies her customers with current measuring data, via website and app. This enables customers to address possible demands adequately. Duotank can optimize the service thanks to the timely failure messages.

Since 2008 Tambien has taken care of the webshop of CompanyMobile.nl and a variety of company related variants as wel. The shops transfers orders to Scholten Awater’s ERP system. Product, price and stock information are retrieved real time from the ERP system.

A brand-new website with an integrated extranet for both employees and customers, that is what CEO Laurens Grashof had envisaged. i-3 Creations designed it whereas Tambien took care of the technical aspects.  

On the extranet employees can enter hours as well as costs. In addition, they can watch the news and order equipment. In the near future customers will have an exclusive part on the website.
